Letter to Members 9.25.2024

Dear Members,
The revised dress code policy in “Policies and Procedures” that now permits denim apparel at some Club functions, approved last April, has been a topic of ongoing discussions.
Given the differing opinions, and at the request of some members who felt they should have been included in the decision regarding the policy change, the Board has decided to put this matter to a final membership vote. This vote will take place at our Semi-annual meeting on December 4th. The Board acknowledges and supports the request to involve the membership in this decision.
Before the meeting, a letter will be sent out detailing all proposed Bylaws changes requiring membership approval, including this specific issue regarding the “Policies and Procedures” change with clear rationales provided.
