SEMI-ANNUAL MEETING

AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE IV. Section 4. RESIGNATION
Any member may resign from the Club by giving written notice to the Membership Chair who will notify the Board of Directors at the Board’s next meeting. The effective date of the resignation will be the first (1st) if the month in which the acceptance occurred.
AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE IV, Section 6. LEAVE OF ABSENCE, paragraph 1
Any member in good standing who has been a member for at least one (1) year may request a leave of absence from the Club by giving notice to the Membership Chair by the first of the month. The Board of Directors will consider the request at its meeting that month and may grant the member a leave of absence. Leaves of Absence will be cumulative up to twelve (12} months during their membership. The effective date of the leave of absence will be the first (1st) of the month in which the approval occurred.
AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE VI, NOMINATIONS AND ELECTIONS, Section 5. Nomination of Directors. a. Nominating Committee:
The Nominating Committee will consist of the outgoing Directors, the First Vice-President (President-Elect), two (2) Past Presidents, and two (2) At-Large members. The Nominating Committee will serve for a term of one (1) year beginning on January 1 and ending December 31.
The Past Presidents will elect two (2) members from their own group prior to January 1.
The Board of Directors will elect two (2) members from the membership prior to January 1.
The Chair will be an outgoing Director appointed by the President.
AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE IX, STANDING BOARD COMMITTEES, Opening Paragraph.
Each committee will consist of a Chair, Vice Chair, and as many members deemed advisable, unless otherwise noted. Committee and At-Large members will serve no more than one (1) three-year term. The time limit is not applicable to those committees with responsibility for the Wednesday morning programs.
