November Wellness Tip of the Month
Since November is when we celebrate Thanksgiving, it is an ideal time to practice gratitude, a proven method to increase emotional and physical wellbeing.
Take these simple steps:
1. Once a day, reflect on 2 or 3 good things in your life.
2. As you think about those things, savor the feelings you have about them.
3. Picture these good things as being enclosed in bubbles and imagine them lifting, dancing, and circling upwards.
