Trip & Tours Announcement 2026 August
As our twirling skirts keep motoring on, please note the following updates regarding payments and reservations for events arranged through Trips and Tours. A $5.00 handling fee will be added to each event reservation. This fee will be retained by the Club to help reimburse the time and materials used by the office administrator and bookkeeper. All reservations must be paid by check. Checks should be made payable to TCC, with the event name noted in the memo line. Please deposit checks in the Trips and Tours mailbox at the Club office. Reservations must be made by the stated deadline. Once the reservation deadline has passed, reservation payments are non-refundable. The checks will be cashed shortly after the reservation deadline date and will no longer be held in the office until the trip/tour date. If a member cannot attend an event, they may identify another person to take their place. There will be no refunds for non-attendance. Any reimbursement for the reservation cost, if applicable, is the responsibility of the member who made the reservation and the alternate attendee.
