October 9th 2026

Dear Members,

There has been some concern expressed by members about the annual assessment amount that was included on members’ bills this month.

With the increases in the cost of food, insurance, payroll, utilities, and the additional expense of paying for the boiler replacement, putting together a sustainable budget for the 2026–2027 year was extremely challenging for last year’s Finance Committee.

In the spirit of transparency, on April 28, every member was sent a letter outlining the 2026–2027 schedule of dues, assessments, and capital fees. Since the assessment increased, TCC members were advised that the assessment amount would be split and billed in two installments, on September 30, 2026, and March 31, 2027. Copies of these notifications are also available for any member to review in the office.

We certainly appreciate the many angels we have in this club who continually contribute their time, energy, and personal funds to make our club and events so special. We are grateful for the support and dedication of our members as we work together to maintain a strong and sustainable club.

I sincerely hope this provides some helpful clarification regarding the assessment.
