Dear Members,

I hope you are all well. As we prepare for our Spring Fitness & Wellness Programming, we are reaching out to invite members who may be interested in sharing their instructional expertise. Our fall offerings of walking, yoga, and chair yoga were very well received, especially among our many senior members. This spring, we hope to expand into a wider range of topics, including fitness, wellness, nutrition, and mental health.

Because we do not have the budget to hire outside instructors, we are asking for member-led participation. If you have experience or comfort leading a session, or if you would be willing to offer a presentation, we would be truly grateful.

Program Details:

· Tuesdays from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM

· January 20th through April

· Optional “Healthy Lunch” available afterward for participants

· You may lead a single standalone session or a multi-week series (up to 4 consecutive weeks)

We also welcome referrals: if you have family members or friends with fitness, wellness, or health backgrounds who may be willing to donate their time, we’d love to include them as well.
